  • How do overseas customers apply for after-sales service?

    Submit an application through the "Global Service" portal on the official website. The system automatically identifies the country and assigns a local engineer. It supports settlement in 12 currencies, and accessories are sent through the DHL priority channel.
  • How long is the maintenance cycle usually?

    Routine faults are resolved within 72 hours (including logistics time), and complex problems are provided with phased progress reports. Commercial customers can apply for expedited service (pay an additional 20% service fee).
  • Can I replace accessories by myself?

    The official website provides 3D repair manuals and video tutorials, supports customers to replace modular components (such as sensors) by themselves, and core components are recommended to be operated by certified engineers to ensure waterproof performance.
  • What are the conditions for return and exchange?

    If there is no man-made damage within 15 days after signing for the product, you can apply for a free exchange. If the same type of failure occurs 3 times within 1 year, you can apply for a return. Complete packaging and inspection report must be provided.
